**Ingredients for Coconut Laddus:**
Grated coconut: 2 cups
Condensed milk: 1 cup
Milk: 1.5 cups
Sugar: 3/4 cup
Desi ghee: 1 tablespoon
Green cardamom powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Dry fruits: 2 tablespoons
Desiccated coconut (for coating): 1/2 cup

**Method for Making Coconut Laddus:**

First, heat one tablespoon of *desi ghee* in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.

Add two cups of desiccated coconut to the pan and roast it on a low flame for 2–3 minutes, stirring continuously.

Once the coconut starts changing color slightly and releasing an aroma, add one cup of condensed milk.

Keep stirring the mixture continuously on a low flame. Gradually, the coconut will absorb the condensed milk and begin to leave the sides of the pan.

When the mixture starts coming together into a mass, add the cardamom powder and finely chopped dry fruits; mix well and turn off the heat.

Transfer the mixture to a plate. Once it cools down, grease your palms with a little *ghee* and shape the mixture into round *laddus*. Thoroughly coat the prepared laddoos in desiccated coconut, garnish with chopped almonds, and place them on a plate for the offering.
