Parenting: Children should practice these yoga poses daily; they help increase height..

To help a child grow taller, they should practice Tadasana (Mountain Pose) daily, including the Tadasana walk. Stand straight, interlock your fingers, and raise your arms upwards. While inhaling, lift your heels off the ground; this provides an excellent stretch to the body. In this pose, one should walk on the balls of the feet.

In addition to Tadasana, children should practice Vrikshasana (Tree Pose). This improves balance and posture while providing a great stretch to the body. This asana also helps activate the pituitary gland, which produces growth hormones that aid in increasing height. To perform it, stand straight, join your palms, and balance on one leg by placing the sole of the other foot against the standing leg.

Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) improves digestion, ensuring the body effectively absorbs nutrients from food. It also stretches the upper body. Lie on your stomach and, while inhaling, use your arms to lift your head and the front part of your body upwards.

Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend) is also considered helpful for increasing height. Sit with your legs stretched out in front of you. Then, bend forward to grasp your toes with your hands and try to touch your forehead or chin to your knees.

Hastapadasana (Standing Forward Bend) is considered a highly effective asana. Stand on a mat with your feet together in the Tadasana position. Keeping your arms straight beside your body, exhale deeply and bend forward; do not round your back—instead, hinge at the waist. Try to touch your forehead to your knees.
