Many types of papads are made from different things in the houses. Today we will tell you the recipe for making potato papad. They taste great. They taste very good with tea. Once made, they can be enjoyed for many days. You can also eat them during fasting. Papads dry easily in strong sunlight. Holi is next month. In such a situation, you can prepare this wonderful dish for this festival. Not only will the family members like it, but the guests will also like its taste. You can easily prepare this dish by following the method given by us.

Ingredients
1 kg potato
Half teaspoon chili
1 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoon mustard oil
Salt according to taste
Recipe
- First of all, wash the potatoes and boil them well in a cooker till they become soft. Now after the potatoes cool down, peel them and grate them very finely.
- Mix salt, chili, and cumin in the grated potatoes. Now apply oil on your hands and knead the mixture like dough.
- Now apply oil on your hands make balls of potato and keep them on a plate. Keep making all the balls in the same shape and keep them on the plate.
- Now take a thick and big transparent polythene of 1x2 feet and take a big cloth or polythene to dry the papad.
- To dry the papad, spread the polythene on a cloth in the sun and keep some heavy stuff around it so that the polythene does not fly away.
- Now place the thick polythene on the rolling board. Place the potato ball in half of it. Then place the other part on the potato and roll it with a light hand or rolling pin.
- Now remove the polythene sheet on the rolled papad and turn the papad on the drying polythene sheet. Make sure to use oil while rolling the papad.
- This makes it easy to turn the papad. Now stick the papad on the drying polythene sheet and remove the rolling polythene from above.
- Roll all the papads in the same way and keep putting them on the sheet. Now let the papads dry in the sun for about 3-4 hours. If the papads are wet, they may break when turned.
- When the papads dry well, they will easily be removed from the polythene. Collect the dry papads and keep them in a vessel. You can eat papads by roasting or frying them.
