**Worship Rituals for Sawan Mondays**

Begin by meditating on Lord Shiva and offering pure water and *Gangajal* (holy water from the Ganges) to the *Shivling*.

Next, perform the ritual bath (*Abhishek*) using curd, milk, ghee, and sugar; conclude this step by offering *Gangajal* once again.

Now, offer honey to the *Shivling*. Religious belief holds that this brings blessings of good health, happiness, and prosperity.

After this, offer *Belpatra* (Aegle marmelos leaves) to Lord Shiva and chant the mantra 'Om Namah Shivaya'.

Offer rice, seasonal fruits, and *Naivedya* (sacred food offering), and pray to Lord Shiva for happiness and prosperity.
