The first Muhurta of Jalabhishek on the day of Shivratri will be from 4:15 am to 4:56 am on July 23. The second time to offer water on Shivratri will be from 8:32 am to 10:02 am.

It is considered best to perform Jalabhishek in Nishita Muhurta on Sawan Shivratri. In such a situation, Nishita Kaal time on this day will be from 12:23 pm to 1:07 am on 24th July. During this time, you can offer water to Lord Shiva.

On Sawan Shivratri, Mahadev is worshipped in all four prahars. In such a situation, Shivratri Pratham Prahar Puja time is from 7:18 pm to 10:01 pm on 23rd July. Dwitiya Prahar Puja time is from 10:01 pm to 12:45 am. Tritiya Prahar Puja time is from 12:45 pm to 3:29 pm. Chaturthi Prahar Puja time is from 3:29 pm to 6:13 am.
