3. Stress: It is not easy to take responsibility for a child alone. Single parents may have to face mental problems. The responsibility of children falling on only one person can increase stress in life. Single parents may have problems related to fatigue, anxiety, and mental health. Some parents become irritable, and their anger comes out on the children.

4. Wrong upbringing: The biggest challenge in front of single parents is the right upbringing of the child. It is difficult to give proper education to the children, take care of their health, and bring them on the right path. For this, single parents have to take the help of their parents or nannies. But what children learn from their parents, no one else can teach them. Due to this you always live in guilt.

1. Take time for yourself, keep yourself mentally and physically fit. This will enable you to take proper care of the child and the problems will not affect the child.

2. Set a fixed routine for the upbringing of the child. This can make your life a little easier. Keep your parents or a relative with you, so that the child does not feel lonely and all the pressure is not on you.

3. Working parents should keep an understanding nanny for the child, who does all his work and you can focus on your work without worry. In the beginning, you can also get help from friends.

4. Be a friend of the children and stay with them, so that the child can talk to you openly and share his problems. This will have a good effect on the growth of the child.

5. If you are facing any kind of problem, then single parents should consult a psychologist or behavioral expert without hesitation. This will give you a solution.
