Hyderabad Cricket Association and Kavya Maran's Sunrisers Hyderabad have reached an agreement. According to this agreement, the SRH franchise will have to give 3900 passes of the matches to the Hyderabad Cricket Association for free. With the free allocation of tickets to HCA, the franchise will now see a loss of lakhs of rupees in every match. A meeting was held on Tuesday between Kavya Maran's SRH franchise and HCA on this issue.

Earlier on Sunday, SRH had appealed to the BCCI and IPL Governing Council to intervene and address the repeated blackmailing tactics from HCA. However, the state association denied this claim. SRH had further threatened that if Hyderabad Cricket Association continues to threaten the franchise, then they can consider holding their home matches in another state.
HCA secretary called a meeting, resolved the matter
To resolve the deepening dispute, Hyderabad Cricket Association Secretary R Devraj held a meeting with SRH officials at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium. Representatives Kiran, Saravanan, and Rohit Suresh from Sunrisers Hyderabad were present in this meeting.

HCA and SRH issued a joint statement
HCA and SRH issued a joint statement saying that during the discussion, the franchise proposed to strictly follow the existing tripartite agreement between SRH, HCA, and BCCI and ensure that all categories are allocated as per ten percent of the available stadium capacity. In return, HCA proposed to maintain the existing allocation of passes in all categories, maintaining the practice that has been going on for years. This has been agreed upon after seriously considering all the issues with SRH Chief Executive Officer Shanmugam.
