Instructions
First, steam or lightly boil the spinach, peas, carrots, and bell pepper. Now, coarsely grind the boiled vegetables and potatoes in a mixer to make a paste. Add the paneer, fresh coriander, green chili, and all the spices and mix well. Shape the mixture into small kebabs. Instructions
First, grind the spinach, peas, and moong dal in a blender to make a smooth paste. Add the cheese, herbs, and spices and mix well. Shape the mixture into small kebabs and shallow fry them on a pan with a little oil or bake them in an oven/air fryer for 10 minutes. Remove when golden brown and crispy.
