The summer season is not considered good for health. Most of the problems during this time are related to digestion. Along with this, there are many cases of dehydration. Both curd and papaya are very beneficial for the stomach. They are used a lot in summer due to their special properties. If curd-papaya smoothie is made and consumed in this season, the body will remain full of energy as well as healthy. It is very easy to make and is ready in minutes. It can be made a part of the daily diet. It can be drunk at any time of the day. However, morning time is the best for this.

Ingredients
Curd – 1 cup
Papaya – 1 cup
Milk – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 1 tsp
Melon – 1/2 cup (optional)
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Ice cubes – 2-3
Chia seeds – 1 tbsp
Recipe
- First of all, put curd in a vessel and whisk it well. After this, cut papaya into small pieces and keep it aside.
- If you are also using melon in the smoothie, then first remove its thick peel and then cut it into pieces.

- Now first take papaya put it in a mixer jar and blend it. After this, add melon to it and blend it.
- Blend papaya and melon three to four times because papaya is a little harder than melon.
- Now take out this mixture in a vessel add curd to it and mix it well.
- Add sugar, chia seeds, and 1/4 tsp salt as per taste. Now take a serving glass and pour the smoothie in it and add ice cubes to it.
