A person weighing 25 kg should drink at least 1 liter of water a day. People weighing 50 kg should drink 2 liters of water and people weighing 75 kg should drink 3 liters of water.

According to Dr. Siraj Siddiqui, if you have pimples on your face, you can adopt some home remedies. Mix baking soda with one spoon of coconut oil. Apply this paste to the pimple and wash it after 15 minutes. Mix aloe vera gel, orange peel powder, and multani mitti and apply it on the face. Anti-acne properties are found in aloe vera. Turmeric powder with anti-bacterial properties can also be added to it.
