Chardham Yatra: Char Dham Yatra is considered to be the biggest religious journey for Sanatan Dharma not only in India but in the whole world. It is believed that people who visit Char Dham get salvation. They do not get rebirth. This journey takes place every year from April to September. Apart from these four Dhams, there is also a Chota Char Dham. In which a Dham is considered complete only after visiting four pilgrimage areas. This is the journey of Badrinath Dham. In this journey, you will also enjoy tourism along with religion and spirituality. On this journey, you will get beautiful snowy mountains, waterfalls, rivers, and beautiful panoramic views along with a tour of the Himalayas and good tracks for trekking.

What is Chota Char Dham: When a person goes on a pilgrimage to Badrinath Dham, then the journey to Badrinath Dham is not considered complete without visiting the three other pilgrimage areas present there. Apart from Badrinath, these four Dhams are considered to be Kedarnath Dham, Gangotri, and Yamunotri. This Char Dham Yatra is very important in Sanatan Dharma. Let us know in detail about all the pilgrimage areas present here.
Badrinath Dham: This is the Tapasthal of Lord Vishnu in the peaks of the Himalayas in the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand. Badrinath Dham is one of the major Dhams of Lord Vishnu. The Charan Paduka of Lord Vishnu and Vasudhara waterfall, Vasuki Tal, and Satapath Triangular Lake present here are worth seeing due to being covered with snow.
Kedarnath: Dedicated to Lord Bholenath, it is one of the major Jyotirlingas among his 12 Jyotirlingas. After visiting Lord Kedarnath, you can also visit Gaurikund, Triguninarayan temple along with Guptkashi and Bhairavnath temple. It is considered to be a very beautiful place in the world.
Gangotri: This is considered to be the origin place of Maa Ganga. In the Gangotri pilgrimage area, you can do a very rare Gomukh from where Maa Ganga is coming out. It was on this Bhagirathi rock that King Bhagirath performed penance and pleased Bholenath.

Yamunotri: The Yamunotri pilgrimage area is considered to be the abode of Maa Yamuna. The journey to Badrinath Dham starts from Yamunotri Dham itself. In Yamunotri, you can also see other tourist places along with Suryakund, Hanuman Chatti, and Saptarishi Kund Lake.
