What not to eat with melon?
According to experts, milk or milk products like milkshake, curd, cream, etc., should not be eaten with melon. In Ayurveda, this combination is called Viruddha Aahar, that is, things that produce toxins in the body when eaten together and harm the digestive system. A major reason for this is that milk is heavy by nature and takes time to digest, whereas a melon is a fruit that gets digested quickly.
Disadvantages of eating melon and milk products together

According to experts, melon should never be eaten on an empty stomach. Melon should also not be eaten immediately after eating. For this, it would be better to eat it as a snack in the afternoon.
