Vastu Tips For Sleeping: Directions are considered to be of great importance in Vastu Shastra. Vastu Shastra says that directions not only affect a person but also affect his entire life. In such a situation, many times people sleep in the wrong direction due to which they have to fight terrible diseases and stress. To avoid all these things, a person should always sleep in the right direction. So let us know which direction is considered right for sleeping according to astrologer and Vastu consultant Dr. Arvind Pachauri.

East direction
In both ancient religious scriptures and Vastu science, it has been emphasized that the best direction for sleeping is east or south. East direction is the direction of the Sun which is a symbol of light and energy. Sleeping with the head in this direction increases concentration in the brain, brings deep sleep and reduces mental stress.
South direction
South direction has been called the direction of Yama but it is not in the wrong sense. According to the magnetic theory, if the head is towards the south and the feet towards the north, then the energy flow of the earth passes through the right direction in the body, which improves digestion, maintains balance in the body and after sleep the person feels energetic, that is, you can sleep in this direction.
North direction
Sleeping with the head towards the north is not only scientifically harmful but it is also considered inauspicious in the scriptures. This causes stress, confusion, bad dreams, and mental instability. Therefore, sleeping in this direction should be avoided.
West direction
Keeping the head towards the west increases anxiety, restlessness, and mental fatigue. This direction is considered related to Saturn, which is considered to be the enemy of the Sun. According to the Sun, the head should be kept in the east direction, whereas according to Saturn, the feet should be kept in the west. Due to these opposing elements of the head and feet, mental balance can deteriorate.

Bedroom Vastu
A person spends one-third of his life sleeping. In such a situation, if the direction of sleeping is not according to Vastu, then it directly affects mental and physical health. Due to this problems like insomnia, irritability, nightmares, and financial instability can arise. Therefore, one should always choose the place to sleep in the room according to Vastu.
