5 Ways to Use a Pressure Cooker
– Did you know that you can easily make tandoori roti and kulcha in a pressure cooker? Yes, Master Chef Pankaj Bhadouria has explained a very simple method. To do this, place the cooker upside down on the stove so that the inside heats up thoroughly. To make naan, first roll it out. Apply a little water, place the toppings on top, and press them down. Apply a little water to the other side of the roti as well and place it in the pressure cooker. Now, turn the cooker back over, place it on the stove, and let it cook thoroughly over medium heat. Your naan is ready, without the need for a tandoor.
You may have eaten popcorn in the cinema halls. Sometimes, when you suddenly feel like eating popcorn at home, you roast it in a large pan, wok, or skillet. But you can make popcorn more easily in a cooker. You can use the cooker as a popcorn machine. To do this, add a little oil or ghee to the cooker, add the popcorn, cover, and let it sit for 2-3 minutes. All the popcorn will be ready. Cook it on medium heat.
If you're craving Litti Chokha this winter but don't have an oven or stove, that's fine. You can also make Litti in a pressure cooker. Stuff the Litti or Baati and place it in the cooker over medium heat. Add 5-6 Littis and Baatis at a time. Then place the lid on top. Let it cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the Litti and Baati and enjoy the filling, smeared with ghee.

- Making yogurt in winter is a difficult task. Yogurt doesn't set properly in a pan or bowl, so use a pressure cooker. To do this, first warm the milk. Add a spoonful of yogurt starter. Heat the cooker slightly. Wrap a kitchen towel around the cooker. Place the bowl of yogurt inside the cooker. Place the lid on top and leave it there until the yogurt sets.
You can use your cooker like an oven. You can even make cakes, cookies, and biscuits in it. Prepare the batter, pour it into a baking tin, place it inside the cooker, and bake.
