There is something in it that will easily win the hearts of all the family members.

Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
Salt
Half a teaspoon of baking powder
Oil or ghee
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
5 boiled potatoes
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon dry mango powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
3 finely chopped green chilies
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Half cup peas
Lemon juice
Method
- First of all, take all-purpose flour in a kneading vessel, add baking powder, salt, and half a cup of water, and knead a stiff dough.
- After this, let this flour set for half an hour, and in the meantime, to make the stuffing for the samosa, keep a pan on the gas to heat and add one teaspoon of oil to it.
- Add finely chopped green chilies, and 1 teaspoon of cumin powder in this oil and fry it. Now add peas to it and fry on low flame. Mash the boiled potatoes in this mixture.
- Then add 1 teaspoon red chili powder, half a teaspoon dry mango powder, salt, finely chopped coriander leaves, and lemon juice and mix.
- After this, fry this samosa filling well for 6-7 minutes. Now make a ball of the set dough and make a sheet for the samosa from it.
- Keep in mind that it should neither be too thin nor too thick. Now cut this rolled sheet into 2 equal parts.
- After this, take a sheet and join the edges of its cut side with a solution of flour and water. After joining both parts, the shape of a triangular samosa will appear.
- Now fill the stuffing in it and apply the flour-water solution on the edges from above as well and press it. Keep in mind that the edges have to be pasted well.

- Then take a plate, which can fit inside the cooker. Place the samosas on it after greasing it with ghee. Now remove the whistle and gas kit of the cooker and heat it by adding salt to it.
- Now place a stand inside the cooker and place the plate on which the greased samosas are kept.
- After placing the plate with samosas inside, close the lid of the cooker and bake the samosas for 30 minutes. Serve it with green coriander chutney.
