1 cup black grapes

Sugar as per taste

Water as per requirement

1 bowl of iced water

Method

- First of all, boil water with sugar and add grapes to it.

- Boil it till the skin of the grapes comes off.

- After this, drain the water and keep it aside.

- Immediately put the boiled grapes in ice water so that it retains their color.

- De-skin the grapes and keep the skin aside.

- Chill the pulp for at least an hour in the fridge.

- Now boil the grape skins in the grape water kept aside on a medium flame for at least 15 minutes.

- Strain the water and chill it in the fridge till the juice gets chilled.

- Now mix the pulp and juice and serve.
