10 pieces of bread pieces

250 grams curd

Oil (for frying)

Mint chopped into pieces.

A pinch of cumin powder

1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds

Salt and black pepper according to taste

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder

Recipe

- First of all, cut the edges of the bread pieces and separate them. After this, soak the bread in some water and squeeze it immediately.

- Now mix the mashed paneer well with this bread piece. Then add red chili, salt, and dry mango powder to it and mix.

- After this, take a little mixture from it place it on the hand, and give it a round shape. After this, press it lightly with the palm and flatten it slightly.

- Then heat oil in a pan and put it. After this, put these flattened balls in hot oil and deep fry them.

- Beat the curd well in a vessel. Then add red chili powder, salt and roasted cumin powder and mix.

- Now pour curd over the prepared vada and decorate it by adding cumin powder, mint and pomegranate seeds. Bread curd vada is ready.
