Gold and silver prices are witnessing significant volatility. Prices have been falling continuously since the start of the week. Yesterday—Tuesday—gold dropped ₹1.50 lakh, while silver hovered near ₹2.24 lakh. It will be interesting to see where rates settle today in both domestic and global markets.

**Prices Rise in International Markets**
A rise in prices for both gold and silver was observed in the international market (Comex) today. According to Comex data, at the time of writing, gold had risen by 0.76%, reaching $4,211.30 per ounce. Meanwhile, silver prices climbed by 0.49%, trading at $61.450 per ounce.

**Gold and Silver Rates in the Domestic Market**
Prices for both gold and silver have also risen in the domestic bullion market. Upon market opening, gold was seen trading at around ₹1.49 lakh per 10 grams. Similarly, silver prices rose to trade near ₹2.26 lakh per kilogram.

**Where Are Gold and Silver Trading on MCX?**
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), at the time of writing, gold for October delivery rose by ₹1,000, trading at ₹1,49,746 per 10 grams. Silver prices increased by ₹800, reaching ₹2,26,245 per kilogram. City-wise Rates
