IND vs ENG: Harshit Rana included in Indian team as cover, team reached Leeds for the first match..

Fast bowler Harshit has been included in the Indian team as a cover ahead of the five-match Test series against England. He reached Leeds by train with other team members where India is to play the first Test match from June 20. Harshit was part of the India A team and took part in the first unofficial Test against England Lions.

Harshit made his debut for the Indian team on the Australia tour last year, but he was not given a place in the 18-member squad against England. The 23-year-old fast bowler has played two Tests, five ODIs and one T20 match for India so far. A source in the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) said, Harshit has been included in the Indian team as a cover and he has reached Leeds with the team today.
