Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water

1 1/2 cup ground cashew nuts
2 strands of saffron
Recipe
- First of all, soak the saffron in milk overnight. Then grind the cashew nuts finely make a powder and keep it aside.
- Take some water in a pan and add sugar to it. Mix them till they dissolve completely. Bring it to a boil.
- Once the syrup attains a single-string consistency, add crushed saffron to it.

- Add cashew powder to it as well and cook it till the mixture starts to thicken.
- When the mixture is cooked, turn off the flame. Take out the cooked mixture in a plate and let it cool.
- Once the mixture cools down, knead it well and roll it in a round shape between two butter papers. Finally, cut it in the desired shape and serve.
