All the dishes made from mango are amazing. One feels like eating them as soon as one hears or sees them. Mango Shahi Tukda is one such dish that can make anyone fall in love with it. As amazing as its taste is, it is equally helpful in cooling the body in summer. It can be prepared and eaten at any time. You must have enjoyed it in the market but have you ever tried it at home? If not, then today we are going to tell you an easy recipe to make it. This recipe is liked by people of all ages because of its taste. It can also be prepared for any special occasion and happiness can be increased.

Ingredients
Mango – 2
Bread Slices – 4
Ghee – 4 tsp
Milk – 1.5 cups
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Mango Puree – 2 tbsp
Cottage cheese – 4 tbsp
Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
Honey – 4 tbsp
Pistachio Shred – 1 tbsp
Recipe
- First of all, take bread slices and cut them in triangular shape. Now put ghee in a pan and keep it on a medium flame for heating.
- When the ghee is hot and melted, put the bread slices in it and fry. Roast the bread until its color becomes golden and crunchy.
- Now take a pan to make rabri and put milk in it and keep it for heating. When the milk starts boiling and the cream starts forming, keep applying it on the sides of the pan.
- After this, add sugar as per taste and let it cook for some more time. Now take paneer grind it and mix it in rabri. After this, mix cardamom powder in it and then turn off the gas.

- After some time, when the rabri cools down completely, add mango puree to it and mix it well.
- Now take already fried bread slices and coat them with sugar syrup by brushing it. After this, arrange all the bread slices in a serving plate.
- Now first pour the prepared rabri on the bread slices. After this, cut the mango pulp into small pieces and put it on top of the rabri.
- Finally, garnish the Mango Shahi Tukda with pistachios and serve it.
