In Sanatan Dharma, the Tuesdays falling within the month of Jyeshtha are revered as *Bada Mangal* or *Budhwa Mangal*. This period is dedicated to Lord Hanuman. According to mythological beliefs, it was specifically on a Tuesday during the month of Jyeshtha—in the Treta Yuga—that Lord Hanuman first met Lord Rama. This year, all the Tuesdays of the Jyeshtha month bring with them highly auspicious alignments; therefore, on this third *Bada Mangal*, let us offer his favorite *Bhog* (sacred food offering) to the valiant Bajrangi.

**Offer These Delicacies to Bajrangbali on the Third *Bada Mangal***

**Boondi or Besan Laddoos**
Lord Hanuman has a deep fondness for the colors yellow and red. On this third *Bada Mangal*, one must offer *Besan* (gram flour) or *Boondi* laddoos—prepared using pure *ghee*—to the valiant Bajrangi. According to Vedic astrology, making such an offering strengthens the positions of the planets Mars and Jupiter in one's horoscope, thereby removing obstacles hindering one's career progression.

**Tulsi Leaves**
As the supreme devotee of Lord Rama—an avatar of Lord Vishnu—Lord Hanuman does not accept any food offering (*Bhog*) unless it is accompanied by *Tulsi* (Holy Basil) leaves. If you include *Tulsi* leaves in your offering to him, your home will never face a scarcity of food or wealth.

**Sweet *Paan***
If an important task of yours has been stalled for a long time, or if you are facing difficulties in your job, offer *Kasuri Paan* (a specific variety of betel leaf) or *Meetha Paan* (sweet betel leaf preparation) to Lord Hanuman on this third *Bada Mangal*. By doing so, Lord Hanuman dispels all troubles and adversities.

**Rot**
In North India, a special delicacy known as *Rot* is prepared on *Bada Mangal* using wheat flour, jaggery (*gur*), and *ghee*. Offering this *Rot* as *Bhog* helps resolve issues related to one's children and invites peace and harmony into the home.
