In such a situation, many people prefer to make their favorite sweet at home. Today we will tell you how to make Paneer Gulab Jamun. For this, prepare mawa from milk mix paneer and make Gulab Jamun. Ingredients
300 grams - Khoya
100 grams - Paneer
50 grams - Refined flour
600 grams - Sugar
2-3 cardamoms
Ghee for frying
Recipe
- First of all, we will make syrup. For this, mix sugar and 2 cups of water and cook till it dissolves completely.
- After this, reduce the gas for 2-3 minutes. Mix cardamom powder in the syrup.
- Now heat the mawa lightly and take out the paneer in a plate and mash it with your palm. Mix the mawa and paneer and mash till it becomes soft.
- Now mix the flour in it and prepare a smooth mixture. Take a small ball in your hand and make it round and smooth.

- If you want, you can put 1-1 chironji and raisins in the Gulab Jamun. After this, prepare all the Gulab Jamuns in the same way.
- To fry the Gulab Jamun, put ghee in the pan, heat the ghee once on high and then when it cools down, add rasgullas and fry on low flame.
- Fry the Gulab Jamuns till they turn brown and then take them out and keep putting them in the syrup. All the Gulab Jamuns have to be prepared in this way.
- Let them remain in the syrup for about 10 minutes. Gulab Jamuns are ready. Serve them hot.
