Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation has started 5 special tour packages and e-pinddaan service for the devotees going to Gaya in Pitru Paksha; booking is available on the website.

Pitru Paksha is going to start in a few days. There are many people who are unable to go to Gaya. Let us tell you that during Pitru Paksha from 6 September to 21 September, devotees come to Gaya every year for Tarpan and Pinddaan to their ancestors. Regarding Pitru Paksha, the Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation (BSTDC) has announced a special travel package for the devotees coming to the Pitru Paksha fair.

Through this, devotees will not only get a chance to perform Pinddaan by reaching the site, but will also get help in completing the religious ritual online from home. This will also help a large number of people to reach Gaya.

Devotees who cannot travel themselves. E-pinddaan service will be made available for them. Under this, devotees living in the country and abroad will be able to get Pinddaan done for Rs 23 thousand. This service will provide the facility to perform rituals at Vishnupad Temple, Akshayvat, and Flugu River in Gayaji.

Priest, worship material, and dakshina are included at the time of Pinddaan. At the time of Pinddaan, devotees will not be given dakshina separately to the priest.

After performing Pinddaan, devotees will visit nearby religious and historical places. Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation has launched 5 types of tour packages. Where people are joining in large numbers.

Devotees can book an online package on the website of the Tourism Corporation. The package fee is different. It includes facilities from travel, stay to food and drinks.

After Pinddaan in Gayaji, devotees will get one night and two days facility in the package of Punpun Nalanda and Rajgir tour. The first category is from Rs 21,100 to Rs 40,700. The second category has a fee of Rs 19,950 to Rs 38,500. The third category has a fee of Rs 18,850 to Rs 36,250.
