To make classic mango panna, first boil the mango and let it cool, and then peel it. Now, take out its pulp and blend it in a mixer with sugar, salt, and spices. Finally, add water to it and dilute it a little, and serve after cooling.

To make it, you will need 2 raw mangoes, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon roasted cumin, black salt, mint leaves, and jaggery or sugar.
