This tikki is very different from the market tikki. Fresh fenugreek is added to it, which gives it a wonderful aroma and nutrition. Eating fenugreek is considered very beneficial during the winter. Furthermore, it's so easy to make that anyone can prepare it quickly in their own kitchen without much effort. This is a recipe your family and guests will surely love. Let's learn the easy recipe without delay.

Ingredients for Making Potato Fenugreek Tikki
Boiled potatoes: 3-4 (mashed)
Finely chopped fenugreek leaves: 1 cup
Spices: Salt, red chili powder, garam masala, dry mango powder (to taste)
Other: Ginger-garlic paste (1 teaspoon), finely chopped green chili (1), gram flour or cornflour (2 teaspoons, for binding)
Oil: for frying
Method for Making Potato Fenugreek Tikki
Place the mashed potatoes in a large bowl. Add finely chopped fenugreek leaves, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, all the spices, and gram flour or cornflour, and mix well.

Divide this mixture into equal portions and form round, flat tikkis. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan. Place the tikkis on the pan and fry them over medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides. You can also deep-fry them, but frying them on a pan is healthier.
Your hot, aloo methi tikkis are ready. Serve them with green chutney, sweet tamarind chutney, or whipped yogurt. Believe me, everyone who tastes this delicious treat will praise you.
