Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon

Curry leaves – 5-6 leaves.

Turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon

Salt – to taste

Sugar – 1/2 teaspoon

Lemon – 1/2 lemon

Step-by-step recipe

Step 1: Prepare the Poha

Wash the Poha 2-3 times with water and place it in a sieve. This will remove excess water from the Poha, making it fluffy.

Step 2: Cut the vegetables

Slice the onion lengthwise into thin slices. Finely chop the green chilies and coriander leaves. Dry roast the peanuts, or you can lightly fry them in oil while making the poha.
