Carrot Cheese Paratha: The most difficult task in the morning is deciding what to make for breakfast that's quick, easy, tasty, and healthy. This is especially true when it comes to children, who often fuss about eating green vegetables, while adults want something healthy. If you're tired of eating the same old parathas every day, then today we bring you a very easy recipe for making carrot cheese paratha. The best part about this recipe is that you don't have to bother with making a separate stuffing. Just mix everything into the dough, and hot parathas will be ready in minutes.

Healthy Carrot Cheese Paratha?
As we all know, carrots are very good for health, and cheese is an all-time favorite for children. When you combine these two ingredients with the dough, the paratha not only becomes soft but also tastes incredibly delicious. This paratha is best for those who are in a hurry for the office or school.
Ingredients for making Carrot Cheese Paratha:
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Carrots - 1 cup (finely grated)
Cheese - ½ cup (grated)
Ginger and Green Chili - 1 teaspoon ginger and 1 finely chopped green chili
Spices - Carom seeds (half a teaspoon), salt (to taste), red chili powder and garam masala (a pinch)
Oil or Ghee - for cooking
Instructions:
First, take the flour in a large bowl. Now add the grated carrots, cheese, ginger, chili, and all the dry spices and mix well. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with the flour. Keep in mind that carrots contain their own water, so don't add water initially. Add water little by little only when needed to knead a soft dough. After that, cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes. This will make the parathas very soft and fluffy.

Now, make small balls of dough and roll them out like parathas. Heat a griddle and cook the parathas on both sides, applying ghee or oil, until golden brown.
Your hot carrot cheese paratha is ready. You can serve it with yogurt, green chutney, or mango pickle. It's a great and healthy option for children's lunchboxes.
