If the spicy, sweet, sour, and slightly tangy flavor appeals to you, then the mere mention of Bhelpuri is sure to make your mouth water. Often, we have to head to a street vendor or market to enjoy this delicious treat, but now that's no longer necessary. You can easily make fresh and delicious Bhelpuri in your kitchen in just a few minutes. The special thing is that it doesn't require any expensive or rare ingredients, nor does it take much time.

What ingredients will you need?
To prepare spicy Bhelpuri at home, first take 1-2 cups of puffed rice. Additionally, add 2 finely chopped tomatoes, 2 boiled and diced potatoes, 1 finely chopped onion, 1-2 green chilies (finely chopped), and some fresh coriander.
To enhance the flavor, prepare half a cup of mixed namkeen, 1 tablespoon of green chutney (or sauce), 1 tablespoon of sweet chutney, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, salt to taste, a pinch of red chili powder, and finely chopped sev for garnishing. The combination of these enhances the flavor of the Bhelpuri exponentially.
Easy Method
First, peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Then, wash the onions, tomatoes, and green chilies thoroughly and chop them finely.
Now, take a large mixing bowl and add the puffed rice to it. Add the chopped tomatoes, potatoes, onions, and green chilies. Then, add the namkeen, green chutney, sweet chutney, salt, and red chili powder. Finally, add the lemon juice and freshly chopped coriander leaves, mixing everything well to create a balanced sweet, sour, and spicy flavor in each bite.
The taste will be captivating as soon as you serve it.
Serve the Bhelpuri immediately after mixing all the ingredients to preserve the crispness of the puffed rice. If desired, you can make it more attractive by adding a little fine sev on top.

This homemade Bhelpuri will be loved by everyone, from children to adults. Once they taste it, they will surely insist on making it again and again.
Most importantly, homemade Bhelpuri is safer and cleaner. There are often doubts about the cleanliness of commercial Bhelpuri, which can affect health. In such a situation, fresh Bhelpuri made in the home kitchen is not only tasty but also healthy.
