Kathi Roll: A great option to change the taste of your mouth..

In most homes, breakfast is served in the morning. Sometimes eating the same things makes one feel bored. In such a situation, Kathi roll is a great option to change the taste. Its specialty is that adults eat it with as much gusto as children do. Its recipe is also easy and gets ready in a short time. If you also like to eat this dish but have not tried it at home yet, then our recipe can be very useful for you. Serve Kathi roll with chutney or sauce. We are sure that those who eat it will be happy and whenever they wish to eat something different, they will choose this.

Ingredients
Flour – 1 cup
Corn flour – 1/2 cup
Onion (sliced) – 1
Capsicum (sliced) – 1
Soya sauce – 2 tsp
Ginger grated – 1/2 tsp.
Tomato sauce – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – 3 tbsp.
Mayonnaise – 1 tsp
Oil – 4 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Recipe
- Firstly, prepare the roll wrapper. For this, put flour and corn flour in a vessel and mix both well.
- Add a pinch of salt and 2 tsp oil and mix. Mix it well so that there are no lumps left.
- Now add water little by little and knead a soft dough. After this, apply some oil on the dough and keep it aside covered for 15 minutes.
- Now take a non-stick pan/tawa and heat it on medium flame. When the pan is hot, put some oil on it and spread it all around.
- After this, roll thin rotis from the dough and bake them. Make thin rotis in the same way as all the dough.
- Now put 2 tsp oil in a pan and heat it on high flame. After this, add onion, capsicum, grated ginger and a little salt in the pan and cook.
- Instead of melting them, let them remain crunchy. Finally add soy sauce, and black pepper and cook for 2 more minutes, and then turn off the gas.
- Now take out this mixture in a plate and keep it aside to cool. After the mixture cools down, take the prepared rotis and place them on a flat surface.
- After this, apply tomato sauce on the upper surface of the roti and add mayonnaise. After this, add the vegetable mixture and spread it all around.
- Now roll it. Now keep the prepared kathi roll aside on a plate. Likewise prepare all the kathi rolls one by one
