Sprouts (Moong, Moth) – 1 cup
Boiled potatoes – 2-3
Boiled peas – 1/2 cup
Flour – 2 cups
Green coriander – 2 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Ajwain – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Oil – as per requirement
Salt – as per taste

Method

- First of all, take sprouted moong and moth and put them in a vessel. After this, boil the sprouts by adding some water so that they become soft.

- After this, take out the sprouts in a bowl. Now boil the potatoes, peel them, and mash them in a mixing bowl.

- Add boiled sprouts to it and mash them along with the potatoes. Now add boiled peas, red chili powder, garam masala, green coriander, and salt to the mixture and mix.

- In this way, the sprouts stuffing for paratha is ready. Keep in mind that before adding peas, crush them a little so that they can be mashed well.

- Now, take another mixing bowl and put wheat flour in it. Add carom seeds, a little oil, and salt according to taste to the flour and mix well.

- After this, add water little by little and knead the dough. Then make dough balls. Now, take one ball and roll it a little.

- After this, put some prepared masala in the middle and close the rolled roti from all sides and make it like a ball. Then flatten the ball a little and roll it again like a roti.

- Keep in mind that while rolling it, it has to be kept a little thick. Make a circular paratha from it. Now keep a non-stick pan to heat.

- When the pan is hot, put some oil on it and spread it all around. After this, put the rolled paratha and fry it.

- Cook the parathas on both sides until they are golden and crispy, then take them out. Roll all the dough balls into parathas and cook them. Sprouts parathas are ready.
