The 24th installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM Kisan Yojana) has been released. On October 30, 2026, Prime Minister Narendra Modi released this installment from Banaskantha, Gujarat. Under this, ₹2,000 each was transferred to the accounts of over 9.34 crore eligible farmers across the country. The government has disbursed a total amount exceeding ₹18,690 crore into the farmers' accounts.

However, many farmers may still wonder why they have not received the funds in their accounts. They might also be asking how to check the status of their installment and how to withdraw the money once it arrives. Let’s look at the entire process.
How to check the status of the 24th installment of the PM Kisan Yojana:
You can easily check from the comfort of your home whether the 24th installment of the PM Kisan Yojana has been credited to your account.
First, visit the official PM Kisan website: pmkisan.gov.in.
On the homepage, go to the 'Farmers Corner' section and click on 'Know Your Status'.
Enter your registration number and the captcha code displayed on the screen.
Verify your identity using the requested information and the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to you.
You can now easily view the status of your installment, which will indicate whether the payment has been released or is still pending.
To confirm whether the funds have actually reached your bank account, check via SMS alerts from your bank, your mobile banking app, by updating your passbook, or by visiting your bank branch. Please note that a 'payment released' status on the portal does not necessarily mean the money has already reached your bank account.
How to check your name in the beneficiary list:
If you wish to verify whether your name is included in the list of beneficiaries for the PM Kisan Yojana, an online facility is available for this as well.
First, open the website: pmkisan.gov.in.
Go to the 'Farmers Corner' section and click on 'Beneficiary List'.
Select your state.
Then, select your district, sub-district, block, and village. Click on 'Get Report'.
A list of beneficiaries from your village will appear.
You can check for your name and other details in this list.
If your name is missing from the list, or if there is an error in your information, please contact the relevant department to have it corrected.
How can you withdraw PM Kisan funds from your account?
If the PM Kisan installment of ₹2,000 has been credited to your bank account, no separate application is required to withdraw it. Farmers can access and use these funds in several ways:
You can visit the nearest branch of the bank where the funds have been credited, fill out a withdrawal slip, and withdraw the money.
If you have a debit card for that bank account, you can also withdraw cash via an ATM.
Once the funds are in your account, you can also make payments using UPI or other digital banking methods.
If you encounter any issues regarding an installment or require further information, visit the 'Contact Us' section on the PM Kisan website and select the 'Searchable Contact Details' option. By selecting your state, you can find the contact information for the relevant officials. Additionally, you can also register a complaint through the 'Helpdesk' available on the portal.
